Finally taking class tomorrow!

So i’ve had bad peroneal tendonitis for about 4 weeks now. And 3 days ago my AMAZING dance teacher, Eugene Petrov, told me that it was probably still hurting because the top of my achilles, near my calf, was very tight. He told me to intensely massage it and heat it. Thanks to him, my ankle hasn’t hurt for the past 3 days! What would I do without him. I HAVE NO IDEA! So tomorrow will...

Cortisone Shot v. Acupuncture

Has anyone ever gotten a cortisone shot or acupuncture in their ankle? Could you please share your experience with these different remedies? I would really appreciate it! :)
